MDRN develops every design using industry-standard platforms such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape, from simple 2D floor plans to fully detailed conceptual models and photorealistic 3D renderings. Clients get a clear and accurate view of their project before construction begins.

Construction-Ready Detail

Drafting packages are tiered to each project’s budget and scope, and may include section details of wall and sheathing assemblies, sound-sealed doors and windows, acoustic treatment specifications and mechanical integrations such as zero-loop electrical layouts and HVAC systems.

Lighting in the Same Model

Lighting design can also be visualized within the same model, creating a complete architectural view of the space.

Working with Architects

When MDRN is brought into larger projects, where acoustics are one part of a broader architectural scope, we collaborate directly with the principal design or architecture team. Our drawings integrate into their primary plans through precise scaled overlays, so acoustic performance is accounted for without disrupting the larger design vision.
